LIFTMORE BARBELL CLUB is located inside Next Step CrossFit. We offer classes to improve technique in all the lifts, strength and core training to supplement the training. Our barbell club is suitable for any level, beginner to advance as well as competition in weightlifting. The classes increase proficiency in the snatch and clean and jerk. Our coaching staff ensures that each member learns to execute each move safely and efficiently with constant feedback. We also offer individualized training to fit your fitness needs and to improve your competition level.
